In this short video, youth voices and leading ocean experts introduce viewers to the sustainable blue economy and how Canada can be a leader in shaping a healthy future ocean and livelihoods.

Why do we need to develop a sustainable and equitable ocean economy?

The Ocean Decade Challenges is a global call to action for individuals and their communities to generate knowledge, support innovation, and develop solutions for equitable and sustainable development of the ocean sector. This short video makes clear the connections that exist between ocean health and global livelihoods.
