This event is taking place at Royal Roads University on the Esquimalt lagoon in Colwood!

Three activities will be taking place:

• Oceans, Freshwater and Us Map
  • Floor map measuring 8m x 11m with associated augmented reality app, 360 videos and interactive activities
• Build-a-whale
  • Hands-on model from Strawberry Isle Marine Research group
  • Program aimed at education about ecology and biology of marine mammals and encouraging environmental stewardship
• Bird watching
  • Rocky point bird observatory
  • Bringing field guides, assisting with bird ID, and binoculars
