The Canadian Wildlife Federation, Georgia Strait Alliance, Oceans North, and The Pew Charitable Trusts are hosting “Whales are in our Nature” June 8-11, 2026, in Ottawa, Canada.

This four-day event brings together the whale community to work with the federal government to advance meaningful action for the conservation of whales across Canada around three key themes: Whales and Fisheries, Whales and Ocean Noise, and Whales and Protected Areas.
