The Shaw Centre for the Salish Sea hosts The Art and Science of Seaweed – An Evening Event (registration required)

Join us at your local Sidney aquarium for this fun and educational night out. Meet award winning artist and author Josie Iselin and UBC professor and seaweed scientist Dr. Patrick Martone to hear their incredible seaweed stories and to learn about how their passion for seaweed has led them both to the intersection of Art and Science. Enjoy a complimentary cocktail from The Straight and Narrow and some delicious nibbles from The Farmer’s Daughter during this unique evening of fun and learning!
