Since 2006, the Chefs’ Table Society has proudly championed the Spot Prawn Festival, fostering a thriving domestic market for this seasonal and sustainable seafood. This festival also serves as our annual fundraiser, supporting culinary scholarships and initiatives promoting education, mentorship, and sustainability within the culinary industry. $79: Indulge in our Spot Prawn Brunch, featuring a tasting menu of six delicious spot prawn dishes (for those 19 yrs+ only).
