Ocean Week Halifax

In celebration of World Oceans Day and catalyzing action for our oceans and climate, our annual, free community day invites school classes, community groups and the general public to attend!

Experience and engage in interactive demonstrations, learn about marine protected areas, explore the marine life and what lives below in our waters.

Meet ocean marine groups in our beautiful Small Craft Gallery, our courtyard, anchor yard and on the museum’s waterfront near our 112 -year old hydrographic museum ship, CSS Acadia!
