Join us to celebrate Ocean Week as we host a 1.5-hour workshop on watercolor painting and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), where we’ll create art and learn a powerful method to reduce cortisol levels.
This workshop is open to everyone in the community, and no prior painting experience is necessary. We’ll begin with an EFT session to help everyone relax and maximize their creative experience. As a bonus, each participant will take home a small watercolor painting set to keep the creative juices flowing!
