Join us on June 8th for Ocean Week as part of Organisation Bleue’s awesome Semaine de l’océan schedule for the week!! Also check out the other wonderful and interesting events they have planned on their website organisationbleue.org.

For Ocean Week/ Semaine de l’océan 2022, we at Ocean Minded Inc. want to share what the ocean means to us, learn what it means to you, and discuss what we can all do from the shores of the St. Lawrence River to help protect it.

This event will take place at Plage urbaine de Verdun (Verdun Beach) from 4 pm to 6 pm. We will have 2 talks about the Ocean, its importance, its connection to the St. Lawrence River, and some tips to protect these two ecosystems. 1st session 4:10 pm, 2nd session 5:10 pm.

We are also having an activity in which adults and children alike can participate: we will explore what the Ocean means to us and creative ways to express this through words and drawings.
