Learn about the biodiversity that makes our backyard Ocean playground so special. Local divers from the Nova Scotia Underwater Council will share their photography, expertise, and insights about scuba diving, marine life, and the manefesto of the Nova Scotia Underwater Council.
The Nova Scotia Underwater Council (NSUC) is a volunteer, non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and cultivating diving in Nova Scotia. Formed in 1971, its core mission is to provide a forum for the dive community to come together for the betterment of the sport, individual divers, and the future of diving in the province. The NSUC plays a vital role in diver education, addressing dive-related issues, enhancing diving opportunities, promoting Nova Scotia as a dive destination, fostering marine awareness, and advocating for marine environmental protection.
