Water testing, community science, and a Sunshine Coast morning outside with your littles. What’s not to love?

Join us on Saturday, June 6 at ḵelx̱aminkwu – John Daly Park from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM for a hands-on NatureKids BC Explorer Event as part of the Sunshine Coast Ocean Festival. Youth will learn how to use real Water Rangers testing kits to measure dissolved oxygen, temperature, conductivity, and more, with all findings uploaded to a public database to support our citizen science monitoring program.
