Nature Discovery Backpack & Water Quality Workshop

June 2nd - June 8th
Calabogie, Ontario

Join Watersheds Canada and the Greater Madawaska Public Library and Learning Centre for a fun, hands-on workshop celebrating our local waters! This drop-in event invites K–12 students and their families to explore nature using the library’s Nature Discovery Backpacks, which include Water Rangers testkits, field guides, and other exploration tools. Through interactive activities, participants will learn about water quality, local species, and the importance of protecting freshwater habitats. Come after school or on the weekend to discover how you can make a difference for your local lakes and beyond!
