Food First NL, Steady Entertainment, and ACAP Humber Arm have partnered to host the Local Plate Culinary Challenge in Western Newfoundland! In the spirit of Environment Week and Ocean Week Canada, participating restaurants have been tasked with creating a dish that includes ingredients sourced from Newfoundland and Labrador producers.

For the entire month of June, we encourage you to help make a positive change for the environment and try as many dishes as you can. After all, a “Fans Choice” vote will help decide the winning restaurant!
