It is with great pleasure that the IPMEN 2023 conference committee announces that Ocean Networks Canada has agreed to host the IPMEN 2023 conference at the University of Victoria on Vancouver Island BC, Canada.

The conference dates are Tuesday July 18 to Thursday July 20. Our close links with the USA based National Marine Educators Association (NMEA) has provided IPMEN with an ideal opportunity to deliver an innovative hybrid conference in 2023 and do so in parallel with the NMEA 2023 conference just across the Salish Sea in Bellingham WA with Friday July 21 set aside for travel from Victoria to Bellingham.
