The exhibition Regards sur le Saint-Laurent at the Musée maritime du Québec – Captain J.E. Bernier brings together a selection of images captured by amateur and professional photographers from across Quebec.
Stemming from the photo contest launched in 2022 by the Réseau Québec Maritime, Organisation Bleue, and the Fonds d’Action Saint-Laurent, this exhibition highlights the work of the 2024 and 2025 winners.
The river is revealed through different perspectives: a workplace, a space of freedom, a source of inspiration, a landscape to be preserved.
Through these photos, the full richness and fragility of the St. Lawrence River is revealed – reminding us just how deeply it is woven into our collective history.
