Changing Tides, Ocean Conservation TTRPG in person game night!

Ocean Week Saskatoon

June 11th 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

An in-person Table-Top Role Playing Game Night hosted by the Rusty MacDonald Library in Saskatoon Saskatchewan!

For those who register, you will become one of the player characters to go on journey in this 2-2.5 hour TTRPG (Tabletop role-playing game) adventure. What is the adventure? The story is as follows:

In the small beach town of Stillwater – a community rich in nature, culture, and heritage – five classmates are on a field trip to study the seaside tidepools when they notice something off. This once vibrant ecosystem has begun to whither. But these friends aren’t the only ones to notice a change. Fishermen begin turning up empty nets. Tourists visit less frequently. There have been whispers from parents discussing moving away from their family home if it worsens. Is there anything they can do to stop this? These friends set out to uncover the truth behind the slow decline of their community. Can they gather the evidence needed to right the environmental wrongdoing? Or will their town become another ghost along the coast?

Come help solve this mystery and learn about Ocean Science and the delicate relationship between community, culture, and climate!

Or come as an audience member watch the game play out!

Capacity of 4-5 pre-registered players.

See Registration details at the link provided!
