Spot Prawn Festival

Ocean Week Vancouver

May 26th 2024
Vancouver, British Columbia

On Sunday, May 26, 2024, come together with the Chefs’ Table Society of British Columbia for a celebration of one of BC’s iconic ocean offerings at the annual Spot Prawn Festival on Fisherman’s Wharf in Vancouver, BC.

Since 2006, the Chefs’ Table Society has proudly championed the Spot Prawn Festival, fostering a thriving domestic market for this seasonal and sustainable seafood. This festival also serves as our annual fundraiser, supporting culinary scholarships and initiatives promoting education, mentorship, and sustainability within the culinary industry. By choosing sustainable seafood, you play a part in ocean conservation while enjoying the culinary delights of the sea.

Here’s how you can enjoy it:

FREE: Explore the docks, catch captivating cooking demos, and embrace the spirit of our coastal community.

$10: Grab a cup of Spot Prawn Bisque to-go and enjoy the shows!

$79: Indulge in our Spot Prawn Brunch, featuring a tasting menu of six delicious spot prawn dishes (for those 19 yrs+ only).

But the fun doesn’t end there! Enjoy live cooking demos with Vancouver’s top chefs, family-friendly activities, and live music!

While the festival itself is free, tickets are required to enjoy our culinary delights and support our initiatives.

Learn more about spot prawns, explore recipes, and purchase fresh BC spot prawns at the dock.

Don’t miss the boats!
