SOI Foundation’s Blue Futures Pathways team in partnership with Ocean Wise in Vancouver and Qikiqtaaluk Corporation in Iqaluit we will be hosting a hybrid event called: Waves of Innovation: A Youth-Driven Sustainable Blue Economy. This event is a follow up to our International event held in Barcelona in April 2024. You can read more about that event here.

Waves of Innovation will run in person and online from 12.30 to 2.30 PM EST, (9.30-11.30 PST / 1.30-3.30 PM AST). The event is designed to showcase the passion of diverse, youth and early-career changemakers in building an innovative Sustainable Blue Economy in Canada. We will be joined by international graphic recorder Carlotta Cataldi who will be capturing a visual representation of the dialogue and providing us with a graphic recording that will be shared widely after the event. Registration is mandatory to participate.
