FESTIVAL VISION | Verdun-sur-Fleuve is an opportunity to come together and celebrate the great river that borders our neighbourhood and island city. More than just a neighbour, the river shapes our landscape and acts as a connector for the Verdun and Greater Southwest Montreal communities—and for all of Quebec, as it leads us toward the ocean. The river becomes a starting point to talk about our identity, our future, how we live together, the species we share the city with, how we interact with the river, and our human responsibility to protect the environment.
