Ocean Education for Everyone: Ready-to-Use Classroom Resources and Teacher Professional Development

Educators across Canada are invited to this 45min virtual presentation to dip in and explore ocean education resources curated just for you in the new Schools 1.0 Toolkit by the Canadian Ocean Literacy Coalition (COLC). Suggestions for ready-to-go activities for a K-12 audience will be featured, and curriculum connections for every province and territory will be shared. This session will be hosted by educators from the Canadian Network for Ocean Education (CaNOE) and Ocean Networks Canada (ONC). 

This session will be offered twice; Wed. Sep. 28 via Zoom Webinar for a presentation-style event avec une traduction française and Tue. Oct. 4 via Zoom Meeting for a more interactive experience.
