Take a morning by the water to enjoy a sense of calm, connect to the presence of yourself, open your heart and clear your mind.

Bring your mat and your journal and join teachers from Victoria’s One Yoga along with team members from Cascadia Seaweed and KOVE Ocean Foods for a two hour mindfulness morning event. Take in the oceanside sounds, smells, and sights in beautiful Sidney by the Sea and join us for some meditation, journaling, yoga, breathwork, and an optional cold plunge.
