Maritime Flavours and Colours

Semaine de l'océan Québec

June 8th 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Rawdon, Quebec

Discover the organic nursery of Paysage Gourmand with a visit-conference led by Guillaume Pelland, where nature and gastronomy meet! Immerse yourself in the world of edible plants on the shores, a captivating subject that opens the way to food autonomy.

Enjoy a tasting of the plants presented during the visit, a unique taste experience that will awaken your taste buds to new flavors.

Then, immerse yourself in art with Marie-Christine Le Vey, the founding artist of the business Les Gentils. It invites you to participate in the creation of a collective mural celebrating marine fauna and flora. Equipped with natural paint, you will contribute to a unique work of art on wooden panels that will then be assembled together.

Once the mural is completed, it will be displayed proudly in the landscape of the nursery, testimony to the marine diversity of the Atlantic.

To complete your experience, an ” horticulteur.rice ” of Paysage Gourmand will be there to answer all your horticultural questions. A perfect opportunity to enrich your knowledge and grow your passion for gardening.

Don’t miss this opportunity to discover unknown species and celebrate the richness of our marine biodiversity! Join us for a memorable day where nature, culture and gastronomy meet harmoniously.
