This event is a collaboration between three Northern communities to immerse students on the land (and water), with an emphasis on water stewardship. Students will be exploring water stewardship from a two-eyed seeing approach, learning about Western science perspectives using Water Rangers equipment while being grounded with local Elders and Knowledge Keepers and the stories and knowledge. Students will be immersed on the land for 5 days and have a variety of experiential activities to choose from. Participation in this and all other activities at the camp will be based on prioritizing hands-on and collaborative learning.
