Join Chef Chris Mercer of The Post Taphouse and Laurie Clouston of A Sharp Knife at Dominion Memorial Stadium for a hands-on culinary adventure just in time for fishing season! Learn how to select fresh seafood, break down a whole fish (trout as our guide), and master filleting techniques. Explore cooking methods like crispy skin perfection and pan sauces. Plus, you’ll prep and take home a Crisp-Skin Pan-Seared Trout with Shallots & Lemon Butter! Admission is $75+HST/fees and space is limited.
