Are you an early career professional or student looking to explore opportunities in the ocean sector?
Join us on Tuesday, November 29th to learn more about Ocean Week Canada’s ‘Postsecondary & Early Career Toolkit’, an online resource that features career pathways and professional networks in the ocean sector, as well as information on ocean health and sustainability.
Ashley Bowes (Education Coordinator for Early Career Ocean Professionals Canada) and Mauricio Carrasquilla (Postsecondary Education Coordinator with Ocean Networks Canada) will provide a brief overview of how to engage with the toolkit. This will be followed by a guest panel discussion and a Q&A period for any questions you might have!
We will have three guest speakers joining us for the panel discussion:
– Aneri Garg, communications and engagement specialist with
the Canadian Ocean Literacy Coalition.
– Ken Paul, Lead Fisheries Negotiator and Research Coordinator
for the Wolastoqey Nation.
– Ronnie Noonan-Birch, Blue Futures Pathways Regional
Coordinator.
We look forward to seeing you there!
