This event is part of the 3rd edition of the Verdun-sur-Fleuve Festival organized by Demain Verdun.
Join us at the Verdun Farmers’ Market to explore ocean-themed books and crafts with Élise Gauvreau-Gervais from the Verdun Libraries.
FESTIVAL VISION | Verdun-sur-Fleuve is a chance to come together and celebrate the great river that borders our neighbourhood and island city. More than just a neighbour, the river shapes our landscape and acts as a connector for the community of Verdun, the Greater South-West of Montréal, and all of Québec—carrying us toward the ocean.
The river becomes a way to reflect on our identity, our future, how we live together, the species we share the city with, how we interact with the river, and our responsibility to care for the environment.
