Robbie and Lindee Gallant

About The Artists

Robbie, otherwise known as Robias Wood, is a long time musician and artist who envisioned as a young man that one day his dream life would include a shop where he could create things from reclaimed materials and utilize his entire set of skills while fueling his desire for solitude, mindfulness and creativity. When the pandemic removed him from construction and he became a stay at home father, his dream life began to take shape. He is now well known for his furniture, which is sold globally through his online platform.

In partnership with his wife, Lindee, the two live to create beautiful and informative heart led written content and wood based projects.  Lindee’s years of working in research science and fascination with how humans form connections with the earth is the foundation of the written component of the project.  Building on local expertise in climate change, the duo explores what is and what can be with their piece “Adrift and Uprooted: Impacts of  Hurricanes and Tropical Storms Strengthening in the Atlantic Ocean.”  The piece will be exhibited at the Mermaid Tears Seaglass Festival in Souris, PE on July 26th and 27th.
