What if art could inspire us to protect the planet and the environment?
In this creative seaside class, artist Alex Côté-Hallée invites students to discover how art can become a means of raising awareness and taking action for the environment. Through his art projects made from recycled materials, students will see how plastic and everyday objects can be transformed into sculptures, installations, and creations inspired by the river and the oceans.
Through quizzes, discussions, and brainstorming activities, students will reflect on issues related to the St. Lawrence River and design their own works using recycled materials. A session where creativity, the environment, and imagination come together!
