Join us at Seawalk Park for an unforgettable afternoon by the sea as we celebrate Ocean Week Canada with live music, fresh seafood, interactive art, family fun, and wellness experiences for all.

• 11:30 AM – Breath & Soulful Flow with Smita Prakash
• 1:00 PM – Yoga in the Park with Charles Sanderson
• 3:00 PM – Pilates Ocean Flow with @steffsullivan.co (Pre-register to reserve a spot!)

🌿 All wellness sessions are free and open to all levels—just bring a mat or towel.
