Join us for our Family Fun Day Celebration, a joyful gathering that honors the deep spiritual, cultural, and historical connections African Nova Scotians have to water.

This event will take place at Lunar Adventures, a Black-owned outdoor adventure company rooted in community empowerment and connection to nature. It’s the perfect setting to gather, reflect, and have fun!

Celebrating Juneteenth
June is also the month of Juneteenth, a time to honor Black freedom, resilience, and joy. To add to the spirit of celebration, we encourage everyone to come dressed in Juneteenth colors (red, black, green, and yellow) and show your pride in style!
Whether you’re coming for the adventure, the stories, or the sense of community, this event promises something for everyone.
