Ocean Week Canada and ELLE Gourmet present an evening of sustainability stories inspired by the taste of Canada. A chef collaboration between Canoe and Naagan, the evening begins with a welcome reception and meet and greet with Canadian Geographic Explorer and cave diving legend, Jill Heinerth, Canada’s first water sommelier, Christina Li, and Ocean Week Canada Ambassador and Founder of Loless Blue Beauty, Amanda Horn.
The dinner will feature a 7-course tasting menu inspired by Chef Ron McKinlay and Chef Zack Keeshig’s personal connections to the waters that shaped their lives, identities, and cuisine.
Guests are welcome to join us in supporting Ocean Week Canada, organized by the Canadian Ocean Literacy Coalition, a national public celebration of the ocean from coast to coast to coast. Building connections and catalyzing action for the ocean and climate.
