The Ocean for All

Semaine de l'océan Québec

June 3rd - June 7th
Québec, Quebec

*This event is by invitation only*

*French only*

This week of activities is dedicated to educating an adult clientele with intellectual and/or physical disabilities about ocean awareness. The company La Baleine Nomade brings the ocean to us in this thematic week. Thanks to their highly interactive activities, it invites our participants to see like a beluga, to sing like a humpback whale, to test their knowledge of the animals of the Saint Lawrence River, or even to demystify curious exotic sharks! Tactile, visual, and auditory, all these activities are offered in a way that adapts to the specific needs of our clientele.

The philosophy of this company is simple: it is by awakening the fascination of the listeners that it is possible to educate by reinforcing the public’s interest in environmental preservation. This is why La Baleine Nomade focuses on the mythical and impressive nature of marine mammals and proposes effective and simple ways to participate in their protection.
