Plastic Pollution & Shoreline Cleanup

As part of a 6-month program with Ottawa Riverkeeper, Youth Water Leaders in the kitchi sipi/Ottawa River watershed will learn about plastic pollution through shoreline cleanups in our communities using our new iCleanup app.

Program participants engage in community-based scientific monitoring, learn about a wide range of water issues from regional experts, and become advocates for a healthy watershed from headwaters to the ocean for all species and people.
